Gentle fitness while you're out and about. Improve your health and fitness level while your baby is sweetly and peacefully having a long nap on the fresh air in the buggy or in a sling. Any age as long as they are in the buggy or sling.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a CLASS please contact us 24 hours before the start of the class. We are not able to issue a refund in the event of late notice (less than 24 hours). To Cancel a COURSE please contact us 48 hours before the course start, there is NO REFUND issued in case of late cancellation or missed sessions. Courses might be rescheduled for a later course. We charge 20% administration fee for refunds. BLOCK booking we charge full price for the missed sessions plus 20% administration fee and refund the remaining amount.
