Service Description

This class addresses the changes pregnancy brought upon your body and mind. The aim is to strengthen the weakened muscles, especially core muscles and help you to discover the new confident you. Special attention to repair diastasis recti and strengthen the pelvic floor. We use weights and resistance bands to boost results.  Baby comes first. Baby is not involved in the workout, but feel free to keep her/him with you and attend to her/his needs as needed. It's your ME TIME to regenerate your mind as well as your body.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a CLASS please contact us 24 hours before the start of the class. We are not able to issue a refund in the event of late notice (less than 24 hours). To Cancel a COURSE please contact us 48 hours before the course start, there is NO REFUND issued in case of late cancellation or missed sessions. Courses might be rescheduled for a later course. We charge 20% administration fee for refunds. BLOCK booking we charge full price for the missed sessions plus 20% administration fee and refund the remaining amount.
