Choose the perfect plan for your needs. LET'S GET STARTED (1 session/week) LET'S GET SERIOUS (2 sessions/week) are perfect for you if you are new to exercising or been sedentary for a while. Want to loose some weight, tone up or get fitter and healthier. These plans provide a steady paces to ease into a routine. LET'S GET RESULT (3 session/week) is just for you if you want to get into shape for your wedding, holiday or just want to fast track your fitness journey and get a great result. Learn about nutrition, correct posture, safe techniques, a variety of exercises home or gym based. The plan is tailored to your needs and goal and I'll be with you to encourage and support you physically, emotionally and mentally. To cancel or reschedule a CLASS please contact us 24 hours before the start of the class. We are not able to issue a refund in the event of late notice (less than 24 hours). To Cancel a COURSE please contact us 48 hours before the course start, there is NO REFUND issued in case of late cancellation or missed sessions. Courses might be rescheduled for a later course. We charge 20% administration fee for refunds. BLOCK booking we charge full price for the missed sessions plus 20% administration fee and refund the remaining amount.
