Service Description
Prenatal yoga is for you if you are 12 weeks or more pregnant and want to keep fit throughout your pregnancy.It's designed to support mum-to-be on their pregnancy journey. Helps preparing for labour and birth physically, mentally and emotionally through gentle asanas, breathing and relaxation techniques. Most asanas practiced during the class also can be labour and birth positions. Build a strong pelvic floor to support birth and recovery after. This flow centres around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a wide range of levels and ailments from beginner to advanced. With this class, you will learn and practice the tools needed to cop with pregnancy, labour and birth. Our class is a great way to meet other mothers-to-be. We make sure our classes are a calm and supportive place to meet and share. Every week we have a 10min conversation about a pregnancy, labour and birth topic.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a CLASS please contact us 24 hours before the start of the class. We are not able to issue a refund in the event of late notice (less than 24 hours). To Cancel a COURSE please contact us 48 hours before the course start, there is NO REFUND issued in case of late cancellation or missed sessions. Courses might be rescheduled for a later course. We charge 20% administration fee for refunds. BLOCK booking we charge full price for the missed sessions plus 20% administration fee and refund the remaining amount.
