Refund Policy

Transfer:

The client can transfer session for a later date with more than 24 hour notice.

Passes are valid for 7 weeks therefore, the client can transfer sessions ONLY within 7 weeks.
Excluding course unless the whole course is rescheduled.

Cancellation/Refund:

The client can claim refund in writing for session with more than 48 hour notice.

Including whole course with more than 48 hour notice before the start date. Individual sessions from the course are NOT entitled for refund.

Including Passes with more 48 hour notice before first session. Individual sessions from the offer are NOT entitled for refund.

Please note there is a 15% admin fee.

The client will be charged full price for the Session / Course / Offer cancelled by the client with less than 24 hour notice.
